e work closely with the Learning/Training teams, the Business Process or the IT Project teams and the Subject Matter Experts at our client offices to design and deliver highly structured and customized training programs that meet the specific requirements of each client. At the beginning of a relationship, we conduct an couple of pilot programs with the SMI-level participation and fine tune and optimize the delivery based on the feedback received from the SMEs and other senior-level participants.

Where required by the client, we provide exam-style testing of participants, in-session, snap quizzes are used to ensure attentiveness and to pick up areas where the teaching might not have been effective.

Post-tests are used to assess the classroom impact of teaching.

We conduct enterprise-wide testing on topics of the customers choice should they wish to ensure a hygiene check on existing staff not identified for training. This is web-based online, though it can be administered in person if infrastructure constraints exist.

We have worked with customers to develop a hierarchy of programs (basic to professional grade) which have enhanced employee affiliation to the client organization and proved to be an effective counter strategy in attrition managements.

Mr. Sushil Kumar Sharma - MD and Head of Research & Design

Academic Background:

Sushil is a Chartered Accountant with a Master’s in Business Administration (IIM, Bangalore) and is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, UK.

Professional Experience:

Sushil has over 20 years experience in the BFSI space, Consulting and General Management. He has worked in wholesale banking, retail banking, private banking, private equity, insurance and asset management. He has worked for the world’s leading names in the financial services space, including Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas, Zurich Financial Services, ING and ICICI.

He has also been involved in consulting engagements involving strategic rethink/ growth of organisations. In this, he spent a year in London specializing and consulting as a leading expert on Europe’s newest compliance legislation MiFID. He has good exposure to Risk Management and Basel II having been involved in the business-issues side of a number of such implementations.

At Stratadigm:

Sushil is one of the founders of Stratadigm. He leads strategy, research & design and organisation building. He also is a faculty, taking sessions on a regular basis as determined by client needs and specialisation. He has written a well-acclaimed book on the global financial crisis which dwells extensively on structuring, CDOs, ratings and their role and impact in the context of the crisis.

Ms. Vasantha Seshadri – Director: Network & Relationships

Academic Background:

Vasantha is a Post graduate in International law and public administration from Delhi University and holds Diploma in Business Finance from ICFAI

Professional Experience:

Vasantha brings with her more than 18 years of experience in the banking industry. At Bank of America, she was part of both corporate and retail banking operations handling trade finance, foreign exchange remittances and collection , clearing and reconciliation, new accounts, treasury back office, cash management, NRI accounts and customer service

At Intel Capital, the strategic investment division of Intel Corp she was responsible for business intelligence and post deal activities. She had additional responsibility of handling portfolio relations for Intel invested companies in India.

Has been part of Stratadigm since inception delivering banking domain training, providing support for business growth. Vasantha heads the network we build by identifying new associates who share our value system and would thus fit in our pool of resources.

Thyagarajan Balasubramanian (Rajan)

Academic Background:

Rajan has a Master’s in Business Administration from Osmania University, Hyderabad and a one-year Special Management Program in Finance from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.

Professional Experience:

Rajan has over 20 years experience in the Banking, Consulting and Training industries. He has had hugely successful stints in Corporate Banking, Branch Operations, Credit Analysis and Consulting for Fortune 500 companies in the U.S., Australia, France and Middle-East markets. He has strong international exposure gained from working for about 5 years in the United States, Western Europe and Australia. He has worked for BNP Paribas; ICICI Bank; State Bank of India and Satyam Computer Services Limited.

He is also associated with the Indian School of Business’ (established in association with Wharton; Kellogg’s and London School of Business) MBA program where he guides and mentors students in their Experiential Learning Program (ELP) and Planning an Entrepreneurial Venture (PaEV) courses. He has been associated with this prestigious school as a Consultant for over four years now.

Rajan is one of the founders of Stratadigm and as the CEO is responsible for overall growth strategy, business development, key account management, and operational excellence. He regularly conducts programs for associates of some of the Top Global Banks and their subsidiaries operating in India.

Mr. Gianendra Gupta – National Head-B2B Sales

Gianendra has over 10 years of financial services industry. His competence is in business development and marketing and his experience includes assignments in India and overseas. Gianendra manages client relationships and is quite often the initial contact point in new relationships, building an understanding of a potential client's business needs from training.

Academic Background:

Manoj is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant with an Advanced diploma in Finance from CFA Institute and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Professional Experience:

Manoj has 20 years of hands on expertise and consulting experience in Financial Services domain extending into the IT industry, spanning Fund Management, Portfolio Advisory, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, and Accounting and Management services. He was instrumental in setting up and management of a 600-person, USD 40MM ODC of a Tier I Software Services provider for a Wall Street organization, in a multi-city, multi-location, multi-vendor environment.

Manoj has also executed consultancy assignments on Business Restructuring, Business Planning, Company Valuation, Management Information systems and Market Research.

Manoj brings over 20 year’s domain and consulting experience in Financial Services & IT with Subject Matter Expertise in Capital Markets, Accounting & Management services. Previously at Mahindra Satyam, Manoj has been the Head of Delivery and Operations of the Banking and Financial Services Vertical for the Australia and New Zealand region. He has Experience of setting up and managing operations of Offshore Development Center of a Wall Street Organization, in a multi-city, multi-location, multi-vendor environment. The author of over 7 books on Cost, Management and Corporate Accounting and Quantitative Techniques, Manoj is a Chartered Accountant who has done his MBS from IIM Bangalore.

Mr. A.C. Reddi (ACR) – Head, Capital Markets

ACR has over 30 years experience in Banking & Financial Services with deep Subject Matter Expertise in Derivatives, Risk Management, Structured Products & Financial Engineering.Having started his career at State Bank of Hyderabad, ACR has worked as a Currency Strategist at Batlivala & Karani, an options trader in Hong Kong and in forex trading at a securities firm before he founded the Derivatives Group, a company offering training and consulting services in FX, fixed-income, derivatives and risk management for banks and financial institutions.The author of two books – ‘Options: Pricing, Hedging & Trading’ and ‘TDG practitioner guide to Forex Market’, ACR has a Masters in Science (Biochemistry) from National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal, India. He currently Heads the Capital Market practice at Stratadigm.
